You company wants to protect its data. The data is usually hidden in a variety of documents. To prevent these documents from being shared wildly from within Microsoft 365, your Microsoft 365 cloud environment should always be configured, that gener external sharing is impossible.

At the same time, your employees need a way of exchanging data with their external contacts. This is where myMagicShare comes in.

With the aid of myMagicShare, an area can be created in your Microsoft 365 tenant where the exchange with external parties is explicitly permitted. You can regulate this area according to your operational needs.

If an employee needs a storage location for data exchange, this can be created with an automated self-service process. The employee can then invite external participants for the data exchange. In addition, the external participants can upload files to the storage location as well.
After a certain period of time, the location is deleted automatically. If needed, the employee can create a new one immediately, or several at once.

The entire process is documented. You have the option of applying your individual rules (e.g. statutory retention regulations) to these areas.
